Relaxation Massage
Take some time for yourself to rejuvenate and relax.
This is an overall oil massage to the body to relax the muscles and mind.
I use a blend of techniques including Swedish, Esalen and Hawaiian to produce a flowing massage which calms the mind and body. The massage can be gentle or firmer to suit your needs.
Whilst this is a whole body massage, Areas to be worked on will be discussed with you and modified to suit your preferences. Other areas are draped appropriately. I work in accordance with accepted professional standards.
Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage is simply massage that is done with the intention to provide a remedy for the areas of the body giving you pain or discomfort.
Remedial massage has greater focus on the areas of the body where you are experiencing problems and may involve lengthy treatment at a particular location or other techniques such as stretching or pressure point work. Areas of tension quite remote to the pain are often contributing to the problem and are treated as necessary.
I generally combine Remedial techniques with a more general and relaxing massage to provide the most effective and lasting treatment.
I believe in working within your pain tolerance. If you tell me to ease off on an area I listen and respect your needs.
Lymphatic Drainage
This gentle massage can help with reucing swelling and fluid retention, particularly after surgery

Soothes and relaxes the body, mind, and soul with long flowing strokes from foot to hand
The full body oil massage uses the hands as the instrument of the heart, so you can open up your heart and body on all levels, to let go of the old and make room for the new energy and love.
Kahuna Massage
This is the Classic Hawaiian Temple style massage where the giver moves around the table while massaging using a form of dance known as Flying.
As well as using hands, much of the work is done using the forearms in beautiful flowing movements along and across the body.
