Born in California, I grew up in Scotland and then Australia

I earned a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of NSW and practiced in that field, working in planning, construction and design.

On moving to Caves Beach,  I retrained in Remedial Massage, obtaining a diploma in Remedial Massage in 1994.

Since then I have undertaken extensive further education in -Anatomy & Physiology, Symptomatology & Diagnosis, Clinical Nutrition, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massage, Hawaiian Massage and others

I have had an involvement with music since my early teens and over the last 6 years have been exploring a variety of musical instruments from around the world.

I am married with two children.
